[Question] BeM->FoM TUSKS!?

I did the simplest thing availble, I downloaded a patch and then just renamed the folder so that it fited my purpose. (To make my BloodElfMale into a ForestTrollMale, by using Alexis Troll-> Forest troll patch) And now I have no tusks.

I was in CreatureFacialHairStyles.dbc and played around, nothing happened.

I have all the FacialLowerHairXX_XX.blp" that is needed for the tusks, BloodElves dont have these, and they still have beards.. That is a big question mark for me..

Now I'm sortof panicing cuz I want this swap to be PERFECT.
Not a single flaw, but I just can't figure out how to add the tusks.
Do I need to take the "FacialLowerHairXX_XX.blp" and rename them
into "BloodElfMaleFacialLowerHairXX_XX.blp" and then put them in the
Character\BloodElf\Male\ folder? (They are currently in
Character\BloodElf\ as with any other race but BloodElves and Draeneis have it sorted.)

Also if noone knows the answer to this someone might know this, what .mpq is the Character\ForestTroll\ in? Can't seem to find it.. Maybe it's
hiding in Character\Troll\ ?
