Broken Hair/Skin

Hi, I have some problems with the Broken skins/haircuts/heads..

1. Problem is the skin, sometimes it shows Troll skins if I have changed my Troll Into Broken. But how can I like fill these spaces out? With same skins or something.. so I do not need to get smashed up chars. If I am about to create a new Troll i can choose skins and so on.. Sometimes you see troll skin and sometimes you see the broken skin. How can I make this to do not happen?

2. Problem is with the head, same with the head.. the Broken have 2 haircuts.. And if you do not have the "specific" hair you will get a hole right trhu his head down. Any ideas how I can fill these out too?
