The 'Supposed' Cockatrice.

Hey i'm just making this thread to ask a question thats been going over my mind for a while now.

Is it actually POSSIBLE to MC anything into the Blood Elf Cockatrice? I've seen tonnes of posts with requests to say 'Can you turn my 60% ud mount into BE epic mount plz, thx', but i've never actually seen a functional edit.

I've seen people reply 'No it isnt possible to do the Blood Elf Mount due to it missing textures' and people saying it is possible and they'll get right onto it.

Just asking, is it actually possible to get this mount at the moment? Or is it not possible until Blizzard release TBC in January?

Let me explain for you.
You cannot use files from the Warcraft Beta in Current WoW. There is a new skeleton used in -all- beta files. Old World too was converted to it. You can physically use them in current day Warcraft, but it won't load. You can start wow however, so it's not a critical error or anything.

Because of this, any files that aren't in the Alpha files don't work. I'm not even sure you can get the alpha files anymore, aside from the ones I have. I'll see if I can get them, but if I can't, it's because they only first existed in Beta.

About the people that said it's missing textures: It's entirely possible. In one of the alpha versions, there may be a HawkStrider(that's the mounts name) without textures. So it wouldn't work.
