Female Draenei > Female Gnome Headfix

I've seen the helmfix guide etc, but don't know if that directly relates to an actual headfix (aka.. getting a head to look like the other race, without the helm on). If it does, please just tell me, and I'll go and give it a shot.

Anyways, whenever I change my Draenei to a Gnome, the face is ok, but there is a huge hole in the head. From previous model changing experiences (prior to patch 2.0), I've had the same problem, and have only been able to fix it by doing a helmfix. Can anyone help me out with a headfix, or link me to a thread based on it? I did a search, I didn't find anything quite relevant that actually got responses.
