Large white seam down the back of character, texture issue?

Hey guys I'm running out of places to ask so I figured I'd come over here and see if I can get any help for this problem. I've noticed this since they added the new style of cloak in HFC and since then it's "spread" to the new legion cloak and chest armor textures. The picture I'm gonna add looks like shit but I can't really crop it without imgur making it tiny.


I've tried reinstalling the game multiple times and this issue also shows up on my laptop which makes me think it's somehow tied to my characters themselves. If that's even possible.

I fixed it. I had to adjust my rendering scale from 100% to 200%.

Edit. It was actually MSAA that was the problem.
