MOP 5.4.8 Druid Forms Help

I used Tmorph code for druids to change my Nelf druids cat/bear form into Worgen Cat/bear form and it worked....partially .

Problem that occurs is whenever I select a target both friendly and unfriendly,it reverts back to original models.
This reverting problem also happens when I cast feral class abilities .
Now,I can run around without reverting back as long as I don't target stuff (right clicking ).

If anyone had this problem or has some coding knowledge how ,why is this happening please help .
