Actually, you can do it now, because you need 5 posts to get 1 rep power, and since you have 1 rep power, it will work.

i dont suppose it would be possible for you to create a blue windrider into a armored netherdrake? or just a netherdrake for me?
ive tried looking around like nuts.. but most links are dead.
