Gonna have to specify which male gnome -> male ud model edit you chose. From what I used (RapidShare: 1-Click Webhosting) works for me.

Seeing as how I have no male gnome mains with an equippable helmet I made a level one alt and toyed with AtlasLoot and dressing room. Here's a screenshot of male gnome with S2 gear.

You're going to have to send a screenshot and specify which patch-# mpqs you used because you're not helping me out here by just saying it doesn't work.
