In the Itemcache.wdb are all your items collected. To every Item belong a Model in form of a number. You can simply switch the number to get a new pwnage look ( By useing a Hex-Editor ). If you are interested of learnig it, visit these pages :

Finally it's done, here you are : RapidShare: 1-Click Webhosting

Replace this Itemcache.wdb with your old one and have fun. Make sure you use the newest ModelEditFix.Exe, downloadable from Chazwazza's Sticky thread.
Make sure you logged really in the game to make the edits visible.
