Yes, I only changed the character's model.
I haven't changed any blp's = the texture.

Get yourself the WoW Model viewer.
Create your char there, but nude.
Give attention to the skin colour, hair and other stuff.
Make a SS of it and share it with me and I'll be able to do it for you. (Maybe even sooner, if I figure out how to add more than 5 files at once at the MPQ Master.)
