Editing WoW Day/Night cycles

Not really sure where to ask this i'm new and i've been reading all over here about editing models etc it's so awesome.

But my question is since I work a lot, I only play WoW at night and so I never see daytime in WoW.

I was wondering is there a way to edit the day / night settings inside the WoW data folder? change settings somehow? I realise this is probably way harder than it sounds but i''m willing to learn if it's possible!

I just have no idea what to even google for or search for to learn how to do it.

If anybody could point me in the right direction I would be super grateful

Not sure how you can do that. But i do know you can memory edit the day and night cycle and change it in Cheat engine

hahaha, risk of being banned would be there but i'd probably go that far, only because I like leveling characters and don't do any late game stuff. Enjoy sunny days in westfall etc

Not sure if that helps anybody point me in the right direction.

Like I said more than willing to learn what is required to do this, but googling this forum and in general i've had very little luck finding any information at all.

Yeah I tried free far sight, unfortunately kept crashing no matter what I did, I think at the moment it's in need of an update.

I guess free far sight would work for graphics etc? but you'd still hear all night sounds?

Either way I did want to use the tool to give myself darker nights and that is where it seems like an awesome mod.
