Remove Death Knight blue glowing eyes?

Yeah I am one of those people who get annoyed by this. They never had the eyes in WC3 nor in pre-BC, not even all of the Wrath ones have them. That said, I play every class (lulz no life) so this includes Death Knight. Now before I get the "All you ever see is the back of your character" response, I can see it all the time in the portrait and I also pan the camera around a lot when I am on a FP/standing around/etc.

Is there a way to remove this? I assume so, but if there is, how would it be done? Is there already a patch/mod for this that I didn't see? Does anyone feel like making one? Any other questions I might of forgot.

If it has to be done on a race by sex thing and can't be done globally, it's Night Elf female (And Draenei female, but the blue eyes don't stand out much on them, so I don't mind that one very much).

Just find the deathknight eyeglow texture in MPQs, edit it, just make it transparent and then make a patch.
