Looking for model editors

I, myself am a pretty well rounded model editor/ model swapper. I am looking for more to help me take the skin files from blizzcon and the .m2 file from garrosh in our current pacth and help me turn this into a model swap. I could do this on my own but I keep running into 2 problems. The skin files have another skin file picture laying over the top corner of each picture. You may not understand but i will explain when we talk. And whenever i try and swap the files with garrosh and the current orc files, the orc turns into a big cluster ****. But when I do it with other creatures/charters it works fine. So I need some one good with photoshop and another who nows hot to fix the .m2 swapping.
