Help a dummy .. A reaaal dummy about editing.

Ok guys so I was never involved in this model editing stuff. And i know NOTHING about it (seriously, nothing). So, I play a level 70 Gnome on the server Arathor (PvE EU) and im seriously bored of a gnome. Little legs, brrr .. anyways, is there anyway to change my model into an undead? I was gonna do it first but then that model.mpq change disappeared O.o Ill appreciate if you help..
