What is wrong?

Ok, so first of all I installed MyWarCraftStudio... I had the same problem as this person -> http://www.mmowned.com/forums/model-...eone-help.html

So I followed the steps, and this is what the message looks like:

This application has failed to start because d3dx9_30.dll was not found.
Re-installing this application may fix the problem.

I would really appretiate the help.
