Draenei Female to Tauren/Orc Male

I've done the tutorials quite a few times, both for my Night Elf and my Draenei, however, once I get to the end, and load the model, it never seems to do anything. If anything, I crit error out

The point is basically though, I've never actually had one successfully load and change a model. It either loads and does nothing, or I crit error.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I'm obviously doing something wrong. So my request is, while I work on learning this for myself still, I would like a working patch for my female Draenei to a Male Orc/Tauren.

I love the look of Draenei Females, however, I think their casting animations are the most retarded things I've ever seen, and since I play elemental as a shami, I do lots of casting.

Meh, there's my reasons, if someone could be so kind as to help me out with this, I'd love you in a non sexual way.
