[Question/Request] ADT 3.3.5a to 4.0.6a

Hello this is my first post on this forum just to let you all know.

Is there any converter that I can convert a custom patch from 3.3.5a to be usable on 4.0.6a?

The custom patch is an area edit like Lordaeron changed.
