New [F] Tauren to [F] NElf?

Heyo.

First time here, I'm somewhat of a noob to model editing. I've read through some of the guides, faq's, and did searches until I found a Female Tauren to Female Night Elf edit. Unfortunately it does not seem to currently work right, or I'm doing something wrong.

If anyone could help me out, perhaps supply a working version, it would be greatly appreciated.

Currently I'm having MWS crashes when clicking on most m2 files.
