This happens when I try to run ModelEditFix.exe (Yes, it's in my WoW folder)

Try to re-install. I had same problem after my anti-virus had detected it as a trojan(false positive- dont worry). Just changed anti-virus and downloaded the model change edit .exe again

Turned AVG off and still got the same problem.
