Troll to Draenei hair fix?

I recently did a female troll to female draenei conversion. Everything seems to have gone fine with the exception of the hair/head, which seems to have some invisible holes. Pic for reference:

Anyone know how to fix this? It's a bit annoying to have to stare at.

Actually I just realized those holes are there because the draenei horns aren't showing up, durr. Anyone know why that's happening/how to get them to show up?

Bump. Any help on how to get the draenei horns to show up would be greatly appreciated, but I'm not expecting someone to do the fix for me. I'll gladly +rep anyone that could tell me what the problem is and how it's fixable (if it's fixable at all)

Edit: I figure it's fixable through DBC editing. I read that the hair model could be causing the horns to not show up, so I changed it, but they're still invisible.
