Race to Race conversions

I understand that requests are frowned upon and generally it should not be done, but the lack of a decent race to race (ie. MPQ editing) guide drove me to make this thread. The two MPQ model editing 'guides' in the sticky are unclear and poorly written for anybody new to model editing.

I am requesting that one of the -many- expert model editors on these forums make an easy to understand, step-by-step guide for those new to model editing. Then nobody would need to post their race-to-race MPQs because it would be simple to create your own.

Currently I can use hex editor well to change my weapon and armour models, but the use of MPQ editing is beyond me as a decent guide has not been posted as of yet.

Once I understand this method thoroughly I intend to create a video-guide to show exactly how to edit/create these race-to-race MPQ conversions, which would make it very simple for somebody to quickly learn this method.

There is indeed a need for a propper guide on this, as my old method does not seem to work anymore :/ (note, this worked in 2.1 or something so it isn't even that old yet. I made a perfect NE male to BE female with a beard removal that time).
