Can't get this MPQ patch to work

when i used to play 1 year ago i used this nude patch which is only a reskin of the characters, but i cant get it working now, ive tried different injectors and other techniques from this site but i cant get it working
i bet the solution is rather simple since is just a simple MPQ and it used to work without any injectors , i hope someone could help me with this. here is the MPQ file.

I havn't been up to date but I'm pretty sure that since cataclysm they changed the way character models work to make them more HD, meaning you probably won't get it to work unless you can convert the files somehow.

I don't think 3.x.x .MPQ files can be directly transfered to the 4.x.x game engine because of the alterations which Blizzard made to the wow.exe application. Sorry bro, but i think you'll have to re-do it yourself or ask someone else to, with the updated 4.x.x files.

Yeah, sounds like that is the problem
Anyone that knows could help me with this? or at least point me in the right direction giving me a guide or something, i would really apreciate it

Take a look at this guide bro, it's all about retexturing and playing with .BLP files
