Succubus bits (Horns, wings, tail, hooves)

Alright, I've been playing around in blender and the various model editing programs all night. I'm pretty much a complete novice at all this, though I did manage to pick apart succubi parts and mesh it onto a belf model, though I don't think I did it right, as I inserted it into an MPQ, and logged in to invisible succubi. Aaaanyways. I was wondering if anyone had *items* that would suffice? That way my private server would have succubus items to wear, which could be worn with other items such as a robe. I figure it would be far easier than mangling models, especially if there's someone out there with WoW-V, and is a pro modeler. I would be incredibly grateful if this could happen!

Essentially, I RP on my private server, and Succubi end up getting roleplayed as well. It would be a bit easier for someone to make a character, (such as a female belf DK with the properly toned skin, or draenei) and just wear these items. I was a bit surprised when I scoured everywhere and couldn't find something like this,. I figured it would be out there!

Welp, a bit of an update. I got 3ds max to play around with since I was told that's far easier than blender. It does seem to be. I imported a draenei model with the proper parts I didn't mind modifying (Horns I planned on changing, and a hairstyle) Changed the hair geoset in 3dsmax to a blood elven one, then took the succubus model, pared it down to the horns and wings, and attached it to the draenei model, in the horn geoset, removing the old horn model. I also left on the ears of the succubus, since they generally have elf looking ears, and the draenei model doesn't have it. So essentially what I'm trying to accomplish is, when I go to the barber shop, and scroll to that horn model, I'll have the succubus horns, ears, and wings. Then scroll to my replacement hair on the hair tab. I'm uploading what I've done so far. If you have 3dsmax, you can take a look at my max file, I'll upload the 3ds as well.

Also, been working on retexturing one of the draenei DK skins to look like a succubi, posting that for the heck of it.

I tried converting it through 3dstom2, but it kept crashing partway through. Of course.. I'm not sure if that would be the way to go for this anyway, since I don't think it imports animation?
