High Heels / Stiletto patch

I would like to request that someone makes a high heel/stiletto patch for 3.3.5a. I play on Divinity-X and they're stuck on that patch. So a simple .mpq will be fine.

I would also like to request the patch for draenei, just removing the hoof and adding the heels instead.. Thank you everyone.

I wanted also to suggest that... Its a nice idea for females like blood elves humans etc...
I hope some1 can make such model for blood elves draenei humans and such that look good.
