[help] Taliis DBC editor download link

So ill try to make this as short as possable. I'm trying to download the new taliis DBC editor however the download link posted on the creator's website ( Taliis - another Warcraft map editor ) sadly no longer works . so im wondering if someone with the editor would mind reuploading somewhere, anyone up to it?

i gess mmoforge was just doing some maintenance cause i was geting some gateway error when connecting to there website last night =P

It is nowhere on the internet and Mmoforge seems dead.
