Draenei male to dwarf male feet fix 2.4.3

Hey everyone...I'm having trouble with my draenei male character , whenever I swap its model to another race , it always misses the boots texture (cept for a rew races that have hooves also d; )
here is what I got

face is fokin ugly but its not the issue as I can always put a helm on to it , the "feet" bug worries me most
I've searched net for hours and all I found is fukload of dead links with feet fix patches and no guides how to do the feet fix patch my self D:
Please , gimme some helping hand
