[Request] Require a Zone for an RP Server.

Hello, I am from a World of Warcraft Private RP serve that's getting ready to launch. We require a custom area/island to represent Ironfist Mountain, located somewhere in Kalimdor. The area is going to be used for Alliance vs Horde roleplaying and daily events, mainly Orcs and Goblins vs Dwarves and Gnomes. I, and my server as a whole, will be very thankful towards anyone who can do it for us. Some specifics:

0. Needs to be compatable with Cataclysm.
1. Orc builds, preferably Wrath/Cata ones.
2. Would prefer the new Cata dwarf buildings, but up to the modder.
3. Needs to be in a custom patch when given to me, as we don't have anyone with the skill to make one at the moment.
4. The area needs to be mountainy with some forests.
5. Needs two towns. An Orc/Goblin Town and a Dwarf/Gnome town.
6. The idea is to provide an RP battlegrounds, as such there needs to be a lumbermill, blacksmith, air dock and mine for the players to fight for control over, this is beyond the two towns.

Beyond that, you have creative freedom as to what the place looks like. I've seen a lot of work on the forums while browsing and I have full confidence that the people here will be able to give us the perfect area for our server to us. The makers will be fully credited and we will even write a letter of thanks for them. Saddly, we have no money to pay for the work so we can't offer that. However, we will be very grateful to the person(s) to help us with this and will try to repay them in anyway we can.

Like really simple stuff that can be done in a Hex Editor. A complete zone I doubt will be possible and seeing that you only got 1 rep to give I doubt anyone will do this for 1 rep xD

Would it be easier to just add some dwarf and orc buildings to the area in Stonetalon that's a forest and only has a few animal NPCs in it and only accessible by flying there? Just asking. I really need this done for the server and right now we're having issues with go object spawning since our update to Cata.

Like, instead of making a new zone, just add buildings to a current one? There's a forest in Stonetalon, near it's shoreline, that is only accessible to flight. Would someone be willing to simply add Orc and Dwarf buildings to that area for me or no?
