question about lexture changing

I have installed Hex workshop in an attempt to do some begginer texture editing. I have never done this beffor so I wasnt going to go into things as complicated as model editing itself. I have however run into a problem at the very start of my attempt, when I go into my cache folder WDB - enUS - i cant find my itemcache. the only cache i have for items is ( ItemTextCache ) wich holds no information at all. If im doing somthing wrong please help me out and let me know how to fix it.
