    Making your own continent/areas?

    I want to make my own continents on my private server, just like Azeroth is, I know it's alot of work, It's a 2.4.3 server, I got Noggit up and working, now I just need to know how to make and play in my own continent, I have seen a tutorial on it, but, I lost it, and I have no idea where to find it, can you guys give me any information on making your own continent/areas/zones? Like, with .adt files and such. Help would be really appreciated.
