    [A few Question]About instances

is possible to transform gm island into a dungeon?
    And duplicate a dungeon?

What I really want to do is use a map of a instance as Guildhouse, because instances are created in base of the numbers of grups trying to get in.

The idea is use a teleport to a empty instance and when a player gets in, use triggers in mysql to redirect him to a new instance or a instance where another member of his guild is in.

    might work?

I'm not sure if you want to achieve this with or without having to do some code in C++ (or lua, I'm not sure what is possible in lua those days, I don't use it). I'm pretty sure you could easily code something based on the in-place instancing code that would allow you to create an instance when needed and then teleport the wanted player(s) to this instance without them to group together. I actually started working on this some time ago on a TrinityCore server. I would create a custom instance when needed and would assign it to the guild ID so everyone from this guild would get in there when they want to.

This is how I would do it, I'm not sure if I understood correctly your question, but your description of it looked more complicated.

Well,I've never done anything using the code and do not really know what part is everything.
    Perhaps looking for "create instance"?
Other option is to use an existin instance, is posible to add a new one to the server, coping the maps of other?
