move blood elf to alliance, possible? how?
replace them with the draenei and vice versa, it's more easier?

including languages, missions, reputations ...

already exists a patch for this?

Impossible. You can not change factions using a patch. If you could, it would be client-side only. Just buy a faction change....

u must edit alot of dbc and the server database (so this is impossible to make for retail) but it's possible to make on private servers
