Item model swapper for 1.12

Hey the TBC WBDModelswapper and newer ones don't want to cooperate with my version of WoW (1.12.1) and I tried looking for an older one for aprox 3hours (time which in retrospect I could've used to rememorize how to swap models manually, but hey...) so what I'm wondering is if anyone still had an model swapper for vanilla wow dusting in his hard drive.

Isn't it just a matter of putting stuff in the Data folder in those old versions?
