[Question] Help with reskin error!?

I wanted to reskin my NE's white cat form. Everything else came out fine except for the big-ass black stuff on the neck and ears. If anyone knows how to edit this, can they help?

Also, I don't know if it's important or not but I used Paint Tool SAI to edit this. Just letting people know in case I need a certain art program. (I do have PS but I'm terrible with it)

I can only guess that the black tumor is the transparency in the texture maybe..? There was an alpha layer when I opened it.
