Noggit Problem?

I've followed several different tutorials on setting up a custom continent, or even an island and I've used both Taliis and WowME to make make my Wtd and named my Atd's and than I offset them. HOwever they never show up in game or in noggit so what step am i missing?

Would help if you showed what steps you have done, cause that doesnt help us much xD List the way you did the different steps
