Nogg-it Painting - Squares problem menu

    Nogg-it Painting - Squares problem

    Hello

    I have a problem, when I am painting in nogg-it it is like the whole ground is devided in squares and some of them, I can't paint.

    This problem you are encountering is coming from the set # of textures on that specific piece of land you are trying to paint.

    Hit F7 when you log into noggIt as it displays a red grid useful for retexturing in 3d mode. Those red squares are part of the green outlines map tile (A map tile is split up into 16x16 = 256 map chunks). Anyways, each chunk can only have up to 4 different textures on it and if you try to go over you'll get that weird square look like in your above pictures.

    Ctrl+Shift+Left Click while using the texturing tool will remove all textures assigned to that map chunk and allow you to use 4 complete new ones.

    is it normal that if I remove all layers in a map chunk with ctrl+shift+left click and paint over them it crashes my CLIENT when i go on the specific tile ingame?
