[NoggIt and Cryect Tools] WoW Error?

Hello there.

I have recently been starting to model edit. I know how to edit terrain and stuff but I never knew how to add WMOs to your area untill now. I got NoggIt3 (works with wow 3.3.5). Well I'll add few WMOs to an area (ex. Hyjal), save ADT, open NoggIt...But the ADT's ground turns to very dark. That's fixable if I edit the terrain a bit in every square. Okay when I make a MPQ with the ADT, I get wow error and some of the trees are gone and I can't see my new doodads, only WMOs(not all of them).
I am making these model edits for my 3.3.5 server.
And sorry if my english is crappy, I made this in less than 1 minute and I have hurry to get to school.

From my experience, any change or adding of some wmo related to pvp or anything else extra "looked-over" will not be loaded properly in your custom map.
Can you name what wmos you used?
