Old school stealth animation plus race change...

So, I've got a human male -> undead male race swap and I wanted to use an old school stealth animation as well... Only problem is, it doesn't work. I'm far from an expert when it comes to model editing and I would love to get some help from someone who actually knows his way around these kinds of things.

I'm playing on a private server 3.3.5a... If you need the patch files to help me, please let me know.
