You messed up the paths, it's not windows 7's fault. The realmlist is not in \Data\ but in \Data\enGB/enUS or whatever your locale is. Simply add that enGB part, in the noggit.conf file, to the game path and you should be fine.

    #Path = C:\\Users\Eike\Desktop\World of Warcraft\Data\enUS\\
#Edit this to your Project-Directory and uncomment if you want to use it!
    #ProjectPath = Z:\\Path\\

You need to remove the # from #Path = C:\\Users\Eike\Desktop\World of Warcraft\Data\enUS\\ and also change the enUS part to what locale you have, unless that is enUS.

I think it has to be ''C:\\Users\Eike\Desktop\World of Warcraft'' rather than ''C:\\Users\Eike\Desktop\World of Warcraft\Data'' or ''C:\\Users\Eike\Desktop\World of Warcraft\Data\locale''.

I'm pretty sure it's the last one, except locale is meant to be either enUS if you're using an American client, enGB if you're using an European client but from what I can tell you're german so it's most likely deDe. In which case, your path would look like this: C:\\Users\Eike\Desktop\World of Warcraft\Data\deDe

I'm pretty sure Path = C:\\Users\Eike\Desktop\World of Warcraft\Data\enUS\\ should be correct than, can't see why not as the error is supposedly because it can't find the realmlist file in the locale directory.
