i am trying to model edit but wheni edit in nogit i cant geti tinto a patch plz some1 give good advise or a link to a (better) guide

What do you mean "into a patch"

i wanna save it in a .mpq when im done but idk how

You need to use an MPQ editor program such as Ladlik's MPQeditor or MyWarcraftStudio.

In either of these programs there's an option in the top menu to create an MPQ-archive.
While doing so you will create an MPQ file named for example patch-5.MPQ in this file you can with help of either of these programs
put your models.

sorry i reply so late but my internet crashed a wile ago so i was not able to reply

i tried to use Ladlik's MPQeditor but it does not work for some reason
but my friend helped my by making an mpq editor he is real good at that stuff so thx for replying
