3.x Water issue

Hello people, I was wondering if anyone knows where I could get allocean.exe or if there is any other way to put water on your map which will not bug ingame..! Thank you!!

I think the only way is to use the copywater exe, or be extremely lucky, i'm using some weird version of taliis for the water, and it works like.. if i'm lucky :P

But if you find out then pm me, cus atm i'm asking friends to add the water xD
