You don't need WoWME anymore, and you haven't needed it for a long time.

My wow version is 4.0.1.

Create a folder in your Data directory called Patch-Z.MPQ and get Landriks MPQ editor and extract the MPQ's into the Patch-Z.MPQ folder and they should work

A 4.x.x version would be cool imo. Cause since 4.0.3a you need WoWMe again to get m2 edits working.
