Gnome Female -> Tauren Male

Greetings,
I've recently been trying to get my Gnome Female Warrior into a Tauren Male, but without any sucess.

The main problem I've been having so far is that the feet, hair and face all have messed up textures, such as bright pink or no texture at all (white).

I'm not very experienced within the model editing in WoW and how to counter problems like these, so I was wondering if there already is a working Gnome - Tauren model out there.

If not, I would really appreciate if someone could help me out in making me one.

This specific model change is pretty messed up for me when it comes to the face, hair and hoofs.

It's all white with some pink in it, any ideas what might cause it?

Will post a screenshot of it later.
