Draenei female mount animations messed up

Hi guys, this is my first thread here, and I have a little problem with a model edit I've been making. I've been editing the draenei female model (Yes, yet another boobs "improvement" model edit, but I'm starting with that, then I'll try some more stuff) with Art of Illusion using a plug-in to import M2's I found somewhere here, and trying it in-game, it mostly works, but when I mount certain mounts (Mekgineer's Chopper, Time-Lost Proto Drake, seen the bug happen in a few others) the character sometimes uses the Stand animation instead of the Mount animation. It doesn't always happen but it's quite annoying because it rarely works just fine, and I have yet to see it working fine with the chopper.

Anyone got any idea how to fix this?

I'm seriously not even a novice, but my guess would be that you have to look through the animation section in the structure within the M2 file.
Use a simple hexeditor and by the help of information found on this page http://www.madx.dk/wowdev/wiki/index.php?title=M2/WotLK ,m maybe you can figure out the source of your issue.

I have had an template for easier use of the hexeditor when looking through M2s. Sadly I lost it, but I'm sure some reknown people around here might have a copy of it.

Hi, thanks for the answer. I'll take a look at it but I think this may not be the problem. So far I've found that this is what connects the action in-game to the animation and such, but the problem is that it doesn't ALWAYS go wrong in-game, and in WoW Model Viewer it always work perfectly, so I think this data is ok, but I'll take a look just in case and compare the data to the original model.

To avoid making another thread, I'll ask here if anyone has found a way to fix T9 and T10 legs for draenei female. AFAIK, the problem is that T10 (haven't tried T9 because I don't have t9 gear on my char, but I've read in many places it has the same problem) uses a custom model. WMV doesn't have any problem showing the legs, because it uses normal pants model. So, to be more precise, is there any way to make T10 pants to show in normal pants model? DBC editing? Anything?
