[Question] How do I change the Login Screen background?

Now, I am very aware of the BGtweaker_v1-3. But! I do not want those backgrounds or anything. Im happy I can add custom music, but is there a way that I am able to change the Login screen to a picture that I can add my self? E.G: I want my background to show artwork of Emerald Dream, I have the music set, but How do I change the background of the login screen to a custom picture I can add? Thanks, I will rep for an answer!
