Weird textures on draenei faces.

Hey.
For a while now i´ve been looking for a Draenei Male---> Human Male/ Draenei Male---> Orc Male or Draenei Male---> Dwarf Male.

All the MPQs i found worked, but they all gave the char twisted faces with holes in em.
Is it really impossible to make a perfect Dranei Male----> Some of the above races? if not, is there ayone who has an edit like that laying around?
