Need help with model changing

Hey guys, I'm having some trouble changing models, and was wondering if I could get some help. When I DL the .MPQ files and put them in the proper space (I think...) I get no results, and when I tried using the launcher from http://www.mmowned.com/forums/model-...nversions.html, I got an error message saying my dwarf model was corrupt.

I've been looking around the boards for an answer and can't find one, so gimme a hand guys!

I'm looking to change my dwarf male to either a male UD, a BELF Female, or a NE female (preferably an UD male).

try using that as your exe to run the game, if it still doesnt work, PM me with exactly where you are putting what and ill try and help you fix it

I'm having some issues as well. I tried the stickies, and downloaded the .mpq archives. I place them in the data folder (often patch-x, and patch-y, mpq-files) and run the modelfix-exe. I log in and my undead model is the same, but the skin has changed a bit. The model doesn't change, only some textures. What am I doing wrong?

And also, how do I get the new model sounds?
