Noggit Crashes on Start (OpenGL extension error)

Noggit3 crashes on start up. I am using Windows 7 Ultimate x86.

    log file:
    Code:
    .\wowmapview.cpp:154 > Nogg-It $Rev: 104 $
.\wowmapview.cpp:234 > Error: Cannot initialize OpenGL extensions.
    .\wowmapview.cpp:235 > Missing required extensions:
    .\wowmapview.cpp:236 > GL_ARB_vertex_buffer_object
    .\wowmapview.cpp:237 > GL_ARB_multitexture
Any ideas on how to fix this?

There's your problem. You need to run it in compatibility mode, and as administrator. If that doesn't work, you'll need to get windows XP/an XP partition to run it otherwise.

XP SP2 or SP3 for compatibility mode? Does it work for vista?

EDIT: None of that works. Can I use a VirtualOS of XP SP2?

Yes, if you can get a hold of a virtualOS of XP SP2 or XP SP3 (I'm using XP SP3) you can probably get Noggit to run.

I spoke with schulmpf or however you spell his name. My issue was not Windows 7 x86 (32-bit). My graphics card was just out of date. I did get a VirtualOS of XP SP2, but it had the same issue. Thus, it's the graphics card issue. Noggit3 supports Windows 7.

    .\model.cpp:85 > Loading model "interface\glues\models\ui_orc\ui_orc.m2".
    .\wowmapview.cpp:435 > main: created menu: 1546 ms
.\wowmapview.cpp:439 > Your GPU does not support ARB vertex programs. Sorry.

    Any suggestions?
