Blood of Heroes -> Ragnaros Graphic Swap

I am trying to finish up the insane achievement and am being hampered by a lack of blood of heroes. Being able to see these better would be awesome. I tried messing around with some of the stuff myself but couldn't figure out how to get it to work.

euhmmm...kind a noob question, but.....i have zero experience with model editing. so i was wondering,

do i unzip this file into my wow dir and start up wow? and thats it? or do i have to combine this mpq with another?
