Does Shadowmourne Swirls work with Blood Presence?

Would you think yes or no? I would think no because Blood Presence doesn't have an effect that emits on your character, like Lightning Shield, so I would think you can't replace it with another effect. Can anyone confirm this? If it is possible, can someone make it for me, please?

It should be possible. Try searching edits that resolve around things like Fel armor > Avenging wrath. The thing is, upon activating Fel armor you see a icon flowing above you. And that icon changes into Avenging wrath wings and remains for the duration. Same thing with Blood presence, upon activating, you see a icon flowing above you, and you can change that icon with the blood swirls. It resolves around DBC editing, I don't know how far you are experienced with it but if you want to do it yourself you should check guides in the guides & tool section. (hint: there is a sticky topic listed that contains all guides, watch that one).

Yes but the thing is the red skull icon that appears above you when you activate Blood Presence doesn't stay forever. I'm not always switching to/from Blood Presence, because I hardly use my tank spec. Obviously that wouldn't make the Chaos Bane effect stay forever, right? Well, since I'm Frost, I'll ask for an Improved Icy Talons to Shadowmourne Swirls.
