Trouble with Human Male -> Orc male

All the Human male-orc male conversions I've tried left my character with two jaws and a very large beard, I've tried edited them myself but with the same outcome. So I'm asking help from the pros (you guys), if you can show me how to edit this junk out myself that would be awesome, but any help is appreciated. And as always +rep and respect for anyone up to this challenge.
